I understand the following date-related rules for advanced assurance: I understand that under HMRC rules, an SEIS-qualifying company must have been trading for less than 3 years at the time the shares are issued. Furthermore, investors cannot claim relief until the company has been carrying on its qualifying trade for at least four months. For EIS companies, a company generally has 7 years from its first commercial sale to issue EIS-qualifying shares.I confirm the company is unquoted and is not controlled by another company.I confirm the company has no subsidiaries and is not part of a group structure.I confirm gross assets are ≤ £15m before the share issue and ≤ £16m after.I confirm the company has fewer than 250 full-time equivalent employees.
